Why an Application Process?
Our participant access survey helps us curate an audience of passionate and experienced individuals who are genuinely invested in shaping the future of AI and XR. Are we excluding people? Yes - we have to exclude people who are only showing up to sell something and aren’t bringing dev skills to the table and show no interest in personal and professional development. Those who are not senior and have no accomplishments to present will not be invited - this event is for senior devs and to help this group take the next step - we have make sure everyone attending is on the level.
